Appointment standards

Late Arrival and Cancellation policies:

To protect my time and the time of other clients, all service window times start at agreed scheduled time and cannot be extended. If able, please let me know if you are running late so I am made aware and can plan for a shorter session together.

If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment for any reason, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance via text, phone call or email.

Sessions that are not cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged the full session fee.  

If more than two sessions are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, this could lead to termination of services.

If you have an acute emergency, please notify me by 9AM the day of your appointment, or the full cancellation fee must be paid.
